Narrative Therapy & Community

Responding to Climate Change

Climate grief, ecological anxiety, and the stories we tell about our relationship to the natural world are increasingly present in therapeutic conversations. Narrative therapy offers meaningful frameworks for exploring these concerns — individually and collectively.

We offer workshops and individual counselling that draw on narrative approaches to support people navigating climate-related distress, uncertainty, and the search for meaningful action.

We sincerely apologise — due to a fully committed 2026 schedule with various service providers, we currently have no workshops planned for the remainder of the year. We would love to hear from you if you'd like to be notified when future dates become available, or if your organisation is interested in a custom training program tailored to your team's needs.

"The problem is not an 'obstacle'; it is the surpassing of the obstacle, a pro-jection."

— Deleuze & Guattari, A Thousand Plateaus (p. 362)

We acknowledge the Kaurna people as the traditional custodians of the Adelaide Plains and respect their enduring connection to the spirit and soul of this place. Though imperfect as allies, we strive to keep the past and present lived experience of Australia's First Nations people in the forefront of our minds during every conversation.
