Their Story
Eva is an accredited counsellor who provides support for a diverse range of mental health and relational concerns. Specialising in Clinical Trauma Practice, Eva accompanies people on their healing journey, helping them to make sense of the impacts of trauma and supporting their recovery. She works with adults, young people, children aged 3 years and older, and families. Working with trauma-informed and child-centred practices, Eva offers child-centred play therapy (CCPT) and expressive therapies approaches for children's matters, parenting support, and specialised work in reunification matters. Eva holds a Master of Counselling and Psychotherapy and is registered as Certified Practising with PACFA.
Therapeutic Approach
Eva's counselling approach integrates trauma-informed, person-centred, and strengths-based practices with evidence-based modalities including narrative therapy, play therapy, expressive therapies, psychodynamic psychotherapy, somatic psychotherapy, and mindfulness approaches.
